RETURNS POLICY

If an item you have purchased does not fit properly, you may swap it for another size (if available), swap it for another item, or receive a store credit (no expiry date) — the choice is yours.

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and returned to Velocity 21 within 14 days of receiving your order. 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect or faulty please get in touch with us via email info@velocity21.com.au. Include your order number, a photo of the fault or incorrect item and a clear photo of the item barcode; we’ll sort this out for you as soon as possible.

COST OF RETURNS

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods intended for an exchange or credit note. We suggest that you send your goods using a tracked method of postage to ensure the goods reach us safely. We cannot move forward with the process until the goods have arrived at our head office.

REFUNDS

We don't offer cash refunds for returns or cancelled orders unless the item is faulty. This is due to the non-refundable fees charged to us by our payment and shipping partners.
